John oversees leasing activity on existing assets and is responsible for fostering opportunities for future commercial development. His involvement on the development team also includes planning and design of future assets.

Prior to joining Daniel, John worked for Carter Real Estate as Senior Vice President of Commercial Property Leasing and Kern Realty Service, Inc. as Vice President of Marketing and Development, where he oversaw the development, marketing and leasing of 480 acres and 1.5 million square feet of office and industrial real estate projects. John has a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgetown University.

His current professional and civic associations include: Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), Licensed Real Estate Agent in Georgia, Georgetown University Alumni Association, Ansley Park Civic Association, St. Luke’s Episcopal Church Vestry and Midtown Bank Advisory Board.
