Larry is responsible for managing design and construction of real estate developments. He manages budgets, schedules, construction and warranty issues to ensure a smooth turnover of a new project.

Since joining Daniel in 2004, Larry has directly supervised over 3.7 million square feet of development which includes high-rise residential, hospitality, retail and commercial office. Prior to joining Daniel, Larry held management positions in the development and construction of student housing facilities, apartment communities, office, retail, church, hotel, entertainment, and healthcare facilities in the Southeast. Larry received a Bachelor of Science degree in building construction from Georgia Institute of Technology. His current professional and civic associations include: National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and Atlanta Apartment Association.
