Scott oversees the Investment Committee and investment management process for the company. He is responsible for raising debt and equity capital, capital market activities, financial engineering and other deal-structures for Daniel's properties and portfolio assets. As CIO, Scott also oversees the Investment Group and all due diligence processes related to investment and development projects, as well as assists in identifying, negotiating and recommending the acquisition of and/or investment in real estate properties.
