Chris oversees the leasing and management operations of all Daniel properties including more than 5 million square feet of office, hospitality / conference center space, 330,000 square feet of retail space, 1,100 apartment and condominium units, and thirteen owner associations. Chris joined Daniel in 2004 as Regional Director and was promoted to Vice President - Operations in 2005 and to Senior Vice President – Operations in 2008.

Prior to joining Daniel, Chris worked with Harbert Realty Services and Colonial Properties Trust. He attended Daytona Beach Community College and is a veteran of the United States Navy and Army Reserve. Chris is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®), Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®), Masters in Commercial Real Estate (MCRE®), Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®), Association Management Specialist (AMS®) and serves as the company’s qualifying real estate broker in Alabama, Georgia and North Carolina.
