Pat oversees the firm’s commercial and multifamily platforms while assisting with management of the company’s other pursuits.

He is the former President of Crescent Resources, LLC Commercial Properties division where he was responsible for oversight of the Charlotte-based firm’s commercial properties portfolio which included significant investments in Atlanta, Nashville, Charlotte, Tampa and Washington, DC. Prior to Crescent Resources, Pat served as senior regional development officer at Trammell Crow Company’s Atlanta-based Midsouth Development division.

With more than 24 years of client-focused real estate experience, Henry has led teams in developing nearly 15 million square feet of property valued at $2 billion in markets across the Southeastern United States.

Pat holds a master’s degree in business administration from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree from Auburn University. He is a founding member of the board of directors at KeyWorth Bank, serves on Advisory Boards for Auburn University Athletics and the Lionheart School, and holds leadership positions at Perimeter Church, The Atlanta Commercial Real Estate Prayer Breakfast and the PGA Tour Championship.
