Part of Daniel's Atlanta leasing team, Doug's responsibilities include overseeing all pre-leasing activities at 1075 Peachtree, a 725,000-square-foot Class A office tower in Midtown. Doug also participates with the development team on design and construction issues.

Prior to joining Daniel, Doug was Director of Leasing for Gateway Development where he oversaw leasing activities at Centergy One, a 487,000-square-foot cornerstone of the highly successful Technology Square, a joint venture with Georgia Tech. Doug also served as First Vice President with CB Richard Ellis for more than 19 years. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Georgia specializing in real estate. His current professional and civic associations include: Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, University of Georgia Alumni Association, Alumni Midtown Leadership Program.
