Randy joined the management team of Daniel Corporation as Vice President of Senior Housing after 30 years of project development and management experience with Fluor Daniel Corporation and Banyan Senior Living.

His career has ranged over the entire spectrum of design and engineering, including extensive project management. The depth of work has spanned numerous single-family residences to multi-billion dollar projects for some of the top corporations worldwide. His experience includes architecture, site selection, project programming, project feasibility, budgeting, scheduling, engineering and project management.

As Vice President, Randy heads the Senior Housing group, a division of Daniel Corporation. The responsibilities for this division include project management, market feasibility, program definition, capital cost budgeting, financial feasibility, project finance, design and construction coordination, and punch-out and start-up of the facilities. Management oversight for the projects is provided including coordination of all architects and engineers, general contractors, and interior designers as well as project financing entities.

Randy has successfully provided all areas of development activities to the senior living industry from strategic planning to design, construction and capital improvements. He currently holds a license as registered architect and residential building contractor with numerous projects and developments to his credit. He also has held licenses as a real estate broker and unlimited general contractor, having provided these services to past clients. Randy is a graduate of North Carolina State University with a degree in Architecture and is a member of the American Institute of Architects.
