Ross Bridge sells 500th home in less than three years
The community of Ross Bridge in Hoover has sold its 500th home, a milestone for the mixed-use development that has sprung up in the last two-and-a-half years.
According to a news release, it works out to one home sale closing every other day and 16 homes settled every month.
Ross Bridge, which is developed by Daniel Corp. and USS Real Estate, is slated for more than 1,700 homes on 1,600 acres. Currently under construction is a 600-unit multifamily complex, near the development's town center.
Homes in the community range from the low $200,000s to $1 million.
