Riverside on the James Awarded 2005 Project of the Year

The Greater Richmond Association of Commercial Real Estate (GRACRE) has awarded Daniel Corporation the 2005 Project of the Year for development of Riverside on the James, an urban mixed-use development located on the banks of the James River in Downtown Richmond, Virginia. The project delivered over 719,000 s.f. of mixed-use development to the downtown market, including over 230,000 s.f. of Class A office space, 122 luxury condominiums and 70,000 s.f. of entertainment retail.
