Real Estate Firms Team Up
Margi Ingram, founder and owner of the firm that specializes in high-dollar homes, will head the privately owned Daniel's residential division.
Birmingham-based Daniel developed such well-known U.S. 280 communities as Greystone, Meadow Brook and Brook Highland.
"We are very excited that Margi and her talented staff will be joining the Daniel family," said Daniel Chief Executive Charlie Tickle. "This is a great fit and I know they will maintain the high standards of excellence our customers and associates have come to expect from Daniel."
Ingram & Associates has 20 years of experience in new home sales, and Ingram serves as president of the Birmingham Association of Realtors.
"This is a wonderful opportunity for us to join forces with a company that has such a marvelous reputation for quality development," Ingram said. "I believe that together we will be able to bring new developments to Birmingham that achieve an even higher level of desirability."
Daniel continues to develop residential projects in Birmingham and other cities.
In addition to more homes and sites available in Greystone, Daniel is developing the 1,600-acre Ross Bridge project in the Hoover area of Oxmoor Valley.
The project has 1,778 home sites, in addition to a new Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail course, offices, industrial space, retail sites and a hotel with spa and conference center.
Daniel's residential component had been headed by Hap Gwaltney, who passed away earlier this year.
