3660 Grandview Parkway Birmingham, AL 35243 Trinity Medical Center has announced plans to relocate its operations into the existing and previously unfinished Digital Hospital located at Grandview. Trinity plans to build the facility into a world‐class state‐of‐the‐art medical center for the southeast. In conjunction with the hospital, Daniel plans to develop the 103‐acre campus with an array of medical office buildings, clinics, and retail to further support the medical center. Additionally, the existing Cahaba Grand Conference Center will be expanded to include a new luxury hotel to service the medical center and conference guests. Further plans call for additional Class‐A office buildings and multifamily residential.
