Tony Allen
Project Manager Residential Division
Tony has over 12 years combined experience in commercial real estate development, project management, general business consulting, sales and industrial engineering with companies such as IBM and Arthur Anderson Business Consulting. As residential development project manager at Daniel, Tony is responsible for securing and entitlement packages for the residential developments, developing and managing builders programs and assisting in the sales and marketing strategies, working with Daniel Homes for those properties. Tony works closely with the Grand River project, which is a 6,500 acre mixed use development located in Leeds, AL. Tony has spearheaded the Audubon Gold Certification Program and the Earthcraft building program for Grand River. Tony holds an MBA from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Auburn University. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, holds an Alabama Real Estate license and is a candidate for CCIM designation.
