As Senior Development Manger, Steve is responsible for coordinating pre-construction activities of the Metropolitan Center project which consist of a 570,000 square foot, 23-story, Class A office tower; 674,500 square foot, 12-story parking garage; and 32,500 square foot of retail space. The project is slated to start construction in early 2009. Steve maintains the responsibility for overseeing all phases of construction, including the day-to-day activities of various team members, writing contract agreements, monitors budgets, managing the construction schedule, reviewing the contractor’s monthly billings, negotiating contract change orders, quality control and coordinating all team member efforts to ensure project success. Prior to joining Daniel, Steve managed the construction of over $300 million in Hotel Projects in the south and mid-west, as well as $250 million in Multi-family Projects within southeast. Steve received a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from Southern Polytechnic State University.
