Ruth Crittenden

As Senior Development Manger, Ruth is responsible for coordinating the day to day on-site development and construction process by coordinating work performed by architects, consultants, contractors, vendors and the governmental process. Ruth assists in obtaining permits and negotiation of contracts implemented to ensure timely completion of the project. Works with the Daniel’s accounting team to assist in the review and processing of monthly draw request and oversees operational aspects of the project to ensure completion of the project within the project budget. Ruth received her Bachelor Science degree in Building Construction from Auburn University. She has over 22 years experience in the field of real estate development and or construction management. Prior to joining Daniel, she worked for R.J Griffin Company as an Estimator/Assistant Project Manager and Skanska USA Building Inc. (Beers Construction) as a Senior Project Manager.
