Rick Amon
Regional Director, Atlanta Operations
As Regional Director - Atlanta Operations, Rick oversees the general administration functions and physical operations of all properties assigned to a specific geographical region. He provides direction to and implements the policies and procedures of Daniel Realty Services and ensures that each property is managed to a consistent standard with little deviation in methodology. Rick is also responsible for employing qualified and competent managers to ensure that Daniel Realty Services provides them with requisite support in terms of training, personnel, equipment, and policies to carry out the responsibilities of their position. Prior to joining Daniel, Rick worked for Harbor Group Management Company as Regional Vice President, Responsible for a 3 million square foot office portfolio within the Southeast and Midwest. As well as Director of Property Management, Cousins Properties, responsible for oversight of the TIAA-CREF real estate portfolio in Atlanta. Prior to Cousins, Amon was with PM Realty Group Vice President, representing the Sumitomo Life Realty portfolio in Atlanta, including One Atlantic Center, a $300 million, 1.2 million square foot, Class “A” multi-tenant office building, located in Midtown. Rick credentials include: B.S.B.A. Degree, Shorter College, A.S. Behavioral Psychology Degree, Georgia Perimeter College, Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation, Licensed Georgia and West Virginia Real Estate Broker, former Education Chairman and Vice President of Finance for the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), BOMA President, Executive Committee, Board of Directors, and Membership Chairman, Building Owners and Managers of Association (BOMA-Atlanta), BOMA Southern Region Board of Directors, National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) member, and Certified BOMI and National Real Estate Standards Instructor.
