Mendy Thompson
Vice President, Florida Region
Mendy Thompson joined Daniel Corporation in October 2007 as Vice President of Finance & Administration. Within the Florida region, Mendy is responsible for financial analysis of investments, development feasibility, budgeting and forecasting as well as management of existing commercial and multifamily developments. She is the liaison with the corporate office in Birmingham and her efforts include assisting in establishing and expanding the company’s Florida platform. Prior to joining Daniel, Mendy was Vice President of Finance & Controller for Flagler Development Company. Prior to Flagler, she held positions with real estate companies St. Joe and Koger Equity. Mendy is a Florida CPA and began her career in public accounting with Deloitte in 1991. Mendy holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy from the University of South Florida. Her current professional associations include American Institute of CPAs and Florida Institute of CPAs.
