John Zintak
Vice President, Commercial Leasing & Development - Atlanta
As Vice President of Commercial Leasing & Development, John Zintak oversees the leasing team responsible for all existing and proposed assets, establishing or monitoring guidelines of operations as required by each asset. He creates and regulates all marketing programs and budgets. As well as, conducts formal and informal presentations to lease space both in-house and to broker-referred prospective tenants. John monitors and reports status on prospective tenants, competing properties and leasing agencies. He also coordinates with the On-Site Property Manager for tenant construction build-out, tenant walk through of leased space and move-in services in accordance with the lease agreement and standard operating procedures. Prior to joining Daniel, John worked for Carter Real Estate as Senior Vice President of Commercial Property Leasing and Kern Realty Service, Inc as Vice President of Marketing and development where he oversaw the development, marketing and leasing of 480 acres and 1.5 million square feet of office and industrial real estate projects. John has a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgetown University. His current professional and civic associations include: Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), Licensed Real Estate Agent in Georgia, Georgetown University Alumni Association, Ansley Park Civic Association, St. Luke’s Episcopal Church Vestry and Midtown Bank – Advisory Board
