Jim Adams
Vice President Acquisitions
As Vice President, Acquisitions, Jim is responsible for acquiring new and existing properties and investments for future development by Daniel and its partners. Jim joined Daniel in 1986 and served as Vice President, Operations and Vice President, Land Acquisition / Development prior to assuming his position as Vice President, Acquisitions. Through an extensive real estate career which began in 1976, Jim has held leasing and management positions with JMB Property Management, BellSouth and Regions Bank. Jim received a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Alabama.
