Jeff Boyd
Vice President, Residential Development
Jeff Boyd joined Daniel Corporation in April 2005 as General Manager of Ross Bridge and Greystone. He is responsible for all day-to-day, on-site development and construction activities for Birmingham based residential properties and their project management teams; relationship management with USS Real Estate; and strategic positioning, analysis, and development and disposition planning of the residential pipeline. Jeff oversees the strategic planning, procurement of entitlements from local, state and other governmental agencies and assists in management of marketing and sales strategies, staffs, policies and performance. Prior to joining Daniel, Jeff was Vice President - Property Management with McKay Management where he was responsible for managing 42 associations representing more than 10,000 members. He also was Project Manager for USS Real Estate. Jeff received his Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama in 1993 and his MBA from Samford University in 2000.
