Albert Livingston
Vice President Development
Albert is charged with managing Birmingham area development opportunities for the company. Albert joined Daniel in 2007, from Taurus Investment Holdings in Orlando, Florida where he worked for seven years serving as Director of Development since 2003. Prior to Taurus, Albert worked as a project engineer in the Nashville, Tennessee market from 1995-1997. Albert graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1995 with a major in Civil Engineering. he graduated from the University of Florida in 2000, with a Masters of Arts in Real Estate. He is a licensed professional engineer in Florida and Tennessee and holds the CCIM and LEED AP desginations. He is a member of NAIOP and CCIM.
